Each year, YouTube hosts its top 150 creators in New York City for a multi-day summit, culminating in Brandcast, where creators engage fans, walk the red carpet, and showcase their influence to advertisers.
The Ask
YouTube wanted to bring its top creators together through an exclusive summit that strengthened community, elevated their profiles, and led into a high-visibility Brandcast experience.

The challenge was balancing exclusivity with visibility—creating a personal experience for creators while building toward a larger, high-profile moment unified by a consistent narrative.

The experience started from invitation box that was sent to the creators all the way to the Brandcast.During their 3 day stay, creators engaged with each other through tailored events as well as daily conferences from YouTube.
